Late review, waited to see follow-up I purchased a new car from Samantha Ingles, who was in sales at the time. I took a while with her, and I am not the easiest customer to be sure. She took all the time I needed, and listened to what I wanted. She did not try to upsell or steer me to something else. We took a test drive, and even though I always wait a day or more before a big purchase, she made me feel so good about everything that I purchased the car that day. Over time I had problems with Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp., not a part of the dealership I know, but Samantha made multiple calls to get things straightened out. After she moved to the finance office she has been very helpful in a service matter and also another problem with NMAC. My point is, not only was she super in sales, but she was very helpful after the sale, which is a very important part of the overall dealership experience. More

Amazing experience I came in with an old car looking to lease for the first time. My association with this dealership started with Julia Gertsman calling me in response to my e-mail inquiry. She was very professional and courteous. Noelle Kruppa received me at the the showroom and introduced me to their sales consultant Dario Cardella who helped me with the test drive. Dario spent a good length of time explaining about the car and the dealership. He was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable about their products and services. His empathetic tone and approach made me feel very comfortable discussing my auto preferences. Malcohm Thurman's involvement was very crucial in finalizing the deal. He really went out of the way to help me make the final decision. He took that extra care and time out to talk to my family on the phone to reassure them of the product I am buying and the services and hand-holding the dealership had to offer. To conclude, Fred Kodroff made the financing part a breeze for me and helped me with options that exactly fit my budget. He helped me understand the license, insurance and finance aspects of the deal. I didn't have much understanding of the US laws that governed these subjects. But thanks to Fred, I now am educated!! I was debating whether I should get a Maxima or a Murano. He arranged for me to take each car home for a 24-hour test drive on different nights to make it easier for me to make a decision. During this period of time, I got to know the rest of the staff at this franchise, Todd Martin the owner and Malcom the new cars sales manager.
