Josh Arnwine was an excellent sales rep, as well as friendliness and professionalism. Had a few problems getting sale together but that was due to office personal not having their facts together. When it comes time to buying a car I have always dreaded it. I always feel that when you pull onto a car lot it is immediate "vulturism" by the sales staff.
