Not sure who's responding. but thanks for your response. Donna Scala was very rude, She just told me "your vehicle is not welcomed here, Please take your keys and walkout from our center". And the Person Neil Wood, He is unfit for manager. He's of no help and not provided me a solution. He took me out and told the same. Such a pathetic service. No words to describe. Sad thing is, this all happened after you guys scheduled me for an appointment and refused to service my car when i am at your center. Please watch the camera with audio in the service area to know how bad your service people are. your place is totally bad for a loyal customers. you dont want people to respond genuinely to a honda survey. A bad place to shop/service. The service you did is not correct and problem started in less than a year and you are not willing to look my vehicle. Totally wasting customers money and time. Who do you think is responsible for all this ? Wasted my time in middle of the working day by giving the appointment and refusing to service. You would never know until this happens to you.

You didn’t even diagnose my vehicle correctly last time and charged the amount for your incorrect work . Totally poor service skills in troubleshooting issue. Today, I come to know what exactly the problem is from the service center who does right to the people. I wish I wouldn’t have visited you guys. Waste of money and time. Train your service mechanics.
