Mikhail at Open Road Mazda, Morristown is great! I traded in my car at the end of my lease last week and got into a new lease with him again. I trust his expertise and how seamless he made the process and will definitely be going back to him when this lease is up. I’ve dealt with many dealerships in the past with different cars I’ve had and I always dreaded having to deal with dealerships because none of those were easy. I can’t say that about Mikhail, or Open Road. Professional and organized and that makes me trust in them. And, after several cars, my favorite by far is a Mazda! Never had the same car twice but I’m planning to stick to Mazda’s. More

I have been searching for a reliable car with somewhat of a luxurious feel, and my research ended me with Mazda. During my hunt for a good mazda cx-30 - i've had to interact with many sales people from the s a luxurious feel, and my research ended me with Mazda. During my hunt for a good mazda cx-30 - i've had to interact with many sales people from the sleezy misleading ones to the uptight argumentative types. However my experience at Morristown's Mazda has been the best I've had so far. My salesperson Sherif Haskaj was very approchable and knowledged on the vehicles he showed me, I believe he answered my many questions as honestly as he could, and i could tell he was being authentic as my interaction with him revealed the many lies i've been told in other dealerships - especially around warranty and the vehicles history. I really liked how patient he was and how willing he seemed to meet my needs. He even gave me a ride to my bank to get the check i needed to purchase the vehicle. He got me a great deal, and i know this because i know the market value of the car i purchased. There wasn't much to negotiate as the quote i got was free from all the xx that many other dealers put in their quotes. So no time was wasted trying to negotiate away xx items - we could actually focus on only relevant items. I think i saved my self a lot of dollars. If you're looking for a sales person that will do their best and with patience to find you the best deal that meets your needs - Sherif's your guy! More

It happens rarely that you enter a car dealership for the first time without an appointment and after a couple of hours you walk out happily with the VIN of your new car -exactly the one you had in mind and first time without an appointment and after a couple of hours you walk out happily with the VIN of your new car -exactly the one you had in mind and were hoping to buy at a good price! That was my experience a couple of weeks ago when I walked out of Open Road Mazda of Morristown. Yes, I too believe in luck, and know that it was luck that I found myself sitting with Joey Manuel and telling him what car I was looking for! With his gentle professionalism he listened to me and jotted down some of the info I gave him. He then explained other packages and options and showed me other available colors. When he was sure of my final preferences he worked on his computer for a few minutes and could locate the exact car I was looking for in their inventory. After he showed me the car that was actually parked in front of their showroom - yes, luck continues - we came back to his desk. He made sure the car we saw was what I wanted. He then worked on his computer, printed a page and said that he needed to see his manager and will be back shortly. He also showed me their café that was a few yards away to help myself. While waiting for him and sipping my freshly brewed coffee I was thinking of the best price I had in mind based on the research I had done, both on Internet and from other Mazda dealerships. Joey came back and put his printed page together with a piece of paper that had a figure clearly and neatly written on it in front of me. He said something that I can't remember as I was mesmerized by the figure I saw on the piece of paper! I had to pause for a few seconds - how could he come up with my best price- it can't be just my luck again! It surely was his professional integrity and honesty! Yes, the figure on the piece of paper was only a few hundred more! I smiled and heard myself saying 'interesting'! Short story shorter, after another 5-6 minutes and a second visit by Joey to his manager's office, to take off those few hundred, I very happily signed the papers he printed and handed him my credit card to charge the deposit. After about 2 hours later when I returned with a cashier check for the balance of the down payment, financial paperwork was ready to sign. Melvin, their business manager, very patiently and clearly explained every page and answered my questions. This didn’t take more than about 20 clock minutes but felt much more as I couldn’t wait to get the keys and drive my new car! Highlight of the day was when Joey took me to the car that was shining after a final wash and handed me the keys! Thanks Joey, and thanks Melvin! Finally, my sincere advice to you who are reading this review, if you are thinking of buying a Mazda car, I highly recommend Open Road Mazda of Morristown. Don't forget to make an appointment to see Joey Melvin as you may not be as lucky as I was or even if you are it may not be your lucky day without an appointment! Good luck! :-) More
