I spoke with the general manager and she was very courtius and responsive, but I let it be known to her that I couldn't purchase a vehicle there because of their service department. Prior to my previous evaluation my mother had two tires replaced with new ones. The tire pressure sensors were left out or broken. The tires ended up faulty and both came apart. I don't blame that on Ford but their service department wanted several months to replace them leaving her without a car. I had tires rotated and balanced there and had a flat several months later and the wheel key was missing. Looking back through our car files they were the last ones to touch the tires. Four bad experiences in a row but the rude service manager took top prize for unprofessional behavior. Never again will any of my family go there!
