Brought my Terrain SLT In for service. Noticed a small leak, not sure if it was oil or transmission - it was pink in color so I thought transmission. It took three hours For update. But everyone was very friendly And they offered lunch to everyone that was waiting, Which I thought was great. While I was there they had a recall on the vehicle and they took care of that also. I had no knowledge of a recall because they had just received the recall themselves. All in all I was very Satisfied with the way they took care of the vehicle. Except for the length of time it took. Additionally, the windows of the car after being washed should also be automatically be squeegeed dry once the car has been washed instead of being asked if you want to have them done after it has been washed. The service writer as well as the person who washed the car were extremely courteous and professional. The lounge area is certainly not appealing and lack of atmosphere, disappointing and compared to other dealerships lounge areas that offer a more inviting service lounge area for the customers to wait until the service to their car has been completed..
