We were immediately met by James Pfister in the parking lot with a smile. We knew what we were looking for so when he asked he took us right to it. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Rough visit Dropped off for: 1) maintenance (90K)- didn't apply the Wildcard discount which I didn't realized until after. 2) middle seat loose- fixed bolt (t Dropped off for: 1) maintenance (90K)- didn't apply the Wildcard discount which I didn't realized until after. 2) middle seat loose- fixed bolt (this was good) 3) driver side window and right rear window were stalling when rolling up/down. They said they would lubricate these but didn't and it wasn't on the work order when I picked it up. 4) rock chip- wasn't fixed and no communication on this. It wasn't on the work order either when I picked it up. Both #3/4 I spoke with the technician about when I dropped off. This has happened before where work isn't done that I've asked about having completed when I drop off. Not sure why this is a recurring problem. It's a huge hassle to have to drop the car off again to have things done that should have been done when it was there. Big highlight, however, is the shuttle service. The drivers have always been super friendly and accomodating. More

I scheduled an appointment before hand and it still took them 2 hours to finish my oil change. No one came to talk to us until 1.5 hours in to waiting. It was nice of them to give a little discount but it s them 2 hours to finish my oil change. No one came to talk to us until 1.5 hours in to waiting.
