Greenway Hyundai was able to get me in less than 24h after reaching out about a check engine light. Upon arriving I was greeted by multiple team members who were ready to help. I was not happy with the service. We bought a used car 2020 Nissan Kicks and had issues with it ever since. The last time we took it back to have an issue fixed we were told it would We bought a used car 2020 Nissan Kicks and had issues with it ever since. The last time we took it back to have an issue fixed we were told it would be $300 to fix the issue. Then later was told they misdiagnosed the problem. During this time the sales people advised we maybe interested in a new car. After the misdiagnosed issue we spoke with the Service person, Josh, when we asked about the cost of the misdiagnosis, he replied "don't worry about it". So we decided to purchase the new car while they continue to work on the 2020 Kicks. My husband and I then worked on selling the Kicks and had a buyer but after day after day telling us the car would be ready the next day, that took 3 weeks. Needless to say we lost our buyer. Finally after 3 weeks they sent the car to Nissan and fixed the issue, then Josh comes back and tells us the cost would be $300. When we reminded him of what he told us, he just said it was a misunderstanding. So, we lost out on a sale of the Nissan Kicks, ended up paying $200, and although the initial problem was fix, new issue have been occurring. We Are Not Happy At All! More
I have a new Santa Cruz and while in the process of loading the truck bed the latch would not open the sliding top. Only the gate would open. I drove to Greenway since it was the closest dealership. Their response was that without an appointment, they could not look at it for at least 4 hours. I asked if it could be something simple or could they at least look at it so I would know if I could use it for work today, but they wouldn't even look at it while they were standing next to it. I drove to Holler Hyundai in Winter Park, and they immediately took a look and had the problem solved in less than 60 seconds. I would never consider going to Greenway for service, or even sales going forward. More
