We met with the customer in-person with the tech and the advisor. The vehicle was towed here after going to two other independent shops. An in-depth review took place. It is a 20-year-old vehicle with 126200 miles on it and the repairs it requires would exceed the value. We concluded that we cannot be all things to all people and this is one of those situations.

First it’s 9 years old car 2013 with this mileage not as you said 20 years old,your mechanic left car in ignition on position for 3 hours and discharge my battery and then you told me that I need new battery, and as a manager you can not tell me why I brought my car to your dealership because it’s not your personal dealership. Also i told you that I have proof that you discharged you said you don’t want to see it. Second when I brought my car I had 2 problems transmission and air bag since you discharged my battery you didn’t do air bag test but I paid for your diagnosis and big question is why you charge me for what you didn’t do. You need to learn how to treat customers and not pretend that dealership you working on that it’s you own place.
