Charged me 2.5 hours of labor for a 1 hour job First of all the service guy.who greets you and schedules the service had the personality of a dead fish. Not that I need a pleasant person to talk about my car with, but it would be nice. Nice guy is just blah and snooty. Could care less about the image he is showing to the customer. If I was his MGR I would can him today. I know what they did on my car is an hour job. When I asked to reduce from 2.5 hours down to 2 as I was not happy, they refused. Sometimes you have to go to the dealer for service vs a local garage. If you have, don't go here... Horrible customer service from Dennis.. More

Will try to rip you off Ourisman Buick service center in Alexandria completely rips customers off and tells customers that they need unnecessary maintenance. I live in DC, so Ourisman Buick service center in Alexandria completely rips customers off and tells customers that they need unnecessary maintenance. I live in DC, so it’s the closest dealership service center to me, but I drive to King Buick in Gaithersburg because it’s honest, has much better customer service, and service I can trust. Ourisman did not tell me of any special offers or promotions on the work I needed done until I told them about the online deals available. They were going to charge me two hundred dollars more when there was a deal on their website they should have automatically told me about and honored. Further, I came in to get my battery replaced, but instead of just replacing it, they charged me an additional $138 for a full diagnostics test that just showed I needed to get my battery replaced. I’ve never felt ripped off at King Buick in Gaithersburg and they always tell me if the recommended maintenance is absolutely necessary or not. It is well worth the extra drive for me to go to Gaithersburg from DC because I save money and the customer service rocks. Keith Donaldson in Ourisman, on the other hand, had horrible customer service, was patronizing, and purposely tried charging me much more. Additionally, he told me I need servicing that King Buick in Gaithersburg specifically said I didn’t need because I had such low mileage on my car. I’m never taking my business to Ourisman Buick again. They will take advantage of you! Save your money and drive a little further to King Buick in Gaithersburg. More

What a turn off I've been interested in buying an electric car for quite a while now, but since my wife and I already own a Corvette and a Lexus it didn't seem like I've been interested in buying an electric car for quite a while now, but since my wife and I already own a Corvette and a Lexus it didn't seem like a Tesla (another luxury-mobile) was the right fit for us, especially as our oldest boy turns driving age this year. Then Chevy came out with the Bolt. "Wow," I thought, "That might be just the ticket for a little, eco-friendly commuter." SInce I was in DC this week for work, and had some free time, I stopped in at Ourisman (the dealership closest to National Airport) to take a first-hand look at a Bolt. After some fumbling around, as if they weren't prepared to deal with a walk-in, they connected me with one of the salespeople to take a look. The manager said that if I wanted to take if for a drive to just come back in and ask. So far so good. I walked to the car, looked around, sat inside and turned it on. Since I've read a lot about the regenerative one-pedal driving system and hadn't been turned off by anything else about the car, I decided that a quick spin around the block was in order. As per the manager's instructions, I walked over to ask the sales manager (Sean Rizzo) if I could take the car for a drive. And then it all went wrong. Telling the truth, I said that I wasn't from the area but I was a serious potential buyer for a Bolt. Which I absolutely am - a 100% serious, all-cash, write-a-check-and-drive-away with it kind of buyer. But Mr. Rizzo - at that moment the face of Ourisman and of the entire Chevrolet team - said, "You aren't from the area? So you're not going to buy the car?" "No, but I'm a serious potential buyer." "I'm sure you are, but you can't drive the car." Things went bad from there. The bottom line here was that Ourisman, in the person of Mr. Rizzo, didn't give half a xxxx if I bought a car from Chevrolet or not. His only concern was if I was going to buy a car from THEM. I wasn't proposing to drive the car to Richmond or do anything stupid. I just wanted to drive it around the block, see how it felt. I OWN a Corvette. I OWN a Lexus. I could buy this car several times over with the cash I have sitting in my checking account. I am NOT saying that means I should have been given special treatment - but I'm definitely saying that if they treated me like this, they must be pretty crappy to everyone who comes in the door. Stay away from this dealership. Give your business and your money to someone else who understands basic customer service - as a representative of a brand - involves more than just the immediate question of whether you are going to buy a car from them at that moment. I may still buy a Bolt. Or I may not. But if I do, it will be DESPITE the miserable performance by Ourisman. More

Poor costumer services in oil change Jeff Johnson!!! I had one of the worth experience ever. I have been for service few times but this was the first time customer service was so bad. I had and appoint I had one of the worth experience ever. I have been for service few times but this was the first time customer service was so bad. I had and appointment, but he made me wait for another 30 minutes before I was help when I asked the waiting time he just got mad and gabe me a bad response and attitude. After, they finished he never explain what they did nor if fix the issue. I bought my Acadia at that place and the manager him self told me that I would get the 2 years maintenance with the promotion at that time, but they just gAve me a patently 2 maintenance services only. I'm verY disappointed, I'll never buy a car at that dealer again and I don't recommend anybody. More
