Thank You!! Thank You!! Thank You!! This Service Department knocked it out of the park! I bought my 2013 LX570 from this dealership a year ago. 3 months ago, I had new Michelin tires mounted and an Department knocked it out of the park! I bought my 2013 LX570 from this dealership a year ago. 3 months ago, I had new Michelin tires mounted and an alignment done by Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. Immediately, I noticed the front end feeling abnormally loose over bumps and steering wheel play. Sheehy said their Hunter alignment machine was mis-calibrated and they had the Hunter guy come and re-calibrate. They re-aligned but same thing. Their head technician suggested a wheel balance. No improvement. The head tech and head diagnostic guy then tried to tell me what I was experiencing was normal. I then took it to my Indy shop for another alignment and told them to check the front suspension thoroughly. No improvement. I then took it to a local highly rated shop in Bowie who touts their top of the line Hunter Elite Touch alignment machine. Same issue after alignment. 3 days ago, I became curious and jacked up my LX to high mode and began pulling on all suspension arms and bolts. Low and behold, I turned the drivers side tie rod nut with my finger!!! How does a Lexus dealer and 2 Indy shops miss a loose outer tie rod??! I took it back to the last shop, they re-aligned, it was much better, but the steering wheel was off center!!! So, instead of taking it back on Monday to that shop and possibly wasting more time and screwing up my alignment even more, I decided to try my chances over the weekend to get my vehicle right. Saw Lexus of Rockville offering a $50 off coupon on service over $100 for 10/31 only. I scheduled Friday night online for 11 am. Arrived Saturday on time. Explained my 3 month ordeal to Omar, the assistant service manager. Omar listened to my concerns and assured me they would take care of me. They certainly did! My alignment was done in an hour just as Omar initially told me as I waited on a Sat morning. Impressive! (I was waiting 3 hours at Sheehy for poor alignments). I drove off and immediately was floored. My LX drives as it should! At one point I was thinking of replacing the whole front suspension or selling the truck, but the Ourisman Rockville Lexus service department has me enjoying my vehicle once again all with just a proper alignment! I read the service write-up and Omar addressed all of my concerns and make sure the techs checked everything I requested. Please Ourisman, recognize Omar Pacheco for his attentiveness, professionalism and outstanding customer service as he is an asset to your organization! More

Dealership has been very unprofessional in trying to lay off the responsibility of this malfunction back to the owner. Dealership is now pressuring the owner to have the vehicle removed before the evaluation by corporate can be completed. This dealership deserves a 0 rating. Lousy Service Since Ourisman took over ownership of Lexus of Rockville, the dealership has become the worst in the area. One example: Our NX was due for service, and we scheduled it for pick up at and return to our home. The “valet” showed up 2 hours late, which meant we had to wait for him. After the service was completed, we received a call saying the car was ready and would be delivered back to our house. Three hours after the call, we still do not have the car. When I called the dealer, I was told they did not know whether the car was on its way back to us or still at the dealership. So we have no car, and no idea where it is. I will never use this dealer again. More
I have owned Lexus cars for over a decade. Several of which were purchased at the Rockville location. I purchased a extended warranty for my 2018 Lexus 500 last car. 4 years and 50k miles. That included which were purchased at the Rockville location. I purchased a extended warranty for my 2018 Lexus 500 last car. 4 years and 50k miles. That included paint, Engine and tire extended warranty. I called to have a tire replaced due to a puncture. It was it within six months of a replacement due to a recall. The service tech was so rude and stated that I had no cause for the tire to be replaced by them. He never asked my name or what the circumstances were behind the issue other than to state thatI did not qualify for a new tire for the hundred thousand dollar car I purchased with additional warranty. I will never go back to Lexus of Rockville for a car purchase or service. Further the service manager and never returned my calls which is unforgivable given the expense of the car and my dedication to the Lexus product. This occurred February 5, 2020. Shame on the Lexus of Rockville for insulting a long-standing client and refusing to do what I paid for with a tire replacementg The manager called and we settled the matter amicably and I’m grateful for their interest in doing so and I give credit to the service manager for calling out the employee who clearly didn’t understand that my car was under warranty for a tire replacement. More

No Service! I bought my Lexus RX from Lexus of Rockville and was servicing it there since 2008. This was my fist time dealing with them since Ourisman bought Lexu I bought my Lexus RX from Lexus of Rockville and was servicing it there since 2008. This was my fist time dealing with them since Ourisman bought Lexus of Rockville. I received NO Servcie.. twice...My Lexus installed battery died last week. I called Lexus 3 times, talked to customer service 3 times within 3 days, twice was transferred to service managers/advisers voice mails and left messages, and once spoke to someone who promised the service manager would call me back. Result: I received ZERO calls back. I have waited for 3 days after the last call. Then went to COSTCO, bought a new battery and installed it myself. Their new NO service went further. I made an appointment for a 5K service and noted I wanted to take a loaner. When I bought my car there they told me a loaner would be always available when I bring my car for service if I made an appointment. I was always been able to get a loaner. One time many years ago my appointment was on the holiday and they ran out of loaners, so they took customers to a nearby Enterprise car rental and gave us loaners. I always schedule my appointments between 8 am and 9 am, as I did this time. When I drove it, the adviser who met me said they had no loaners available and I could stay at the dealership and wait for service to be completed or I can leave. He did kindly suggested (this is why there is 1 star for this review) that I should bring my car either between 5:30 and 7 pm or before 7:30 am if I want to get a loaner. Bottom line, I received NO service twice in the past 10 days. Service is very dealerships make their money. Service is where Lexus brand is known for. Service is very other luxury brands now have valet service and bring the loaner to your home, take your car and bring it back after service is done. I have 2 other luxury cars of different brands, and lately they both stepped up their service, but NOT Lexus, and it seems NOT Ourisman Lexus of Rockville, I am very disappointed, especially now, that I was looking to purchase 2020 Lexus RX when it goes on sale, but I guess I may not be purchasing it. More
