As my first time at that location, the advisors service was very poor. They did not go out of their way to help. My advisor Andres was condescending and never really listened to what I wanted. I ended up g was very poor. They did not go out of their way to help. My advisor Andres was condescending and never really listened to what I wanted. I ended up getting a 90k service on my vehicle and they stated among other things they conducted a road test. As per my dashcam, that was not done. What other things were claimed to be done but were not done. That will be the first and last time I get my service done in that location. I would rather travel 100 miles to another location where I will feel more appreciated and get my money's worth. More

Very good service and comfortable waiting area. 2 negatives. First upon entering service area one individual was used to check in vehicles while 2-3 others stood around drinking coffeee and not h 2 negatives. Second issue, only after the work was done was I advised of a new policy of charging 3% on credit card charges. Had prior notice of this been sent I would have brought my checkbook. I did complain and Nelson waived that fee. More
My service department consultant Justin was great. I was able to wait for my car to be serviced, and worked on my laptop in the waiting area, which had lots of seating. There’s also a business room, but it is small and only accommodates 2-3 people. When it was time to pay for the service, I was informed that there is now a 3% fee for paying by credit card. I think it is ridiculous that a car dealership, which charges premium prices for service/maintenance work, would add on a 3% fee for credit card payments on top of its hefty prices. I will be looking for other businesses to provide maintenance/repair services for my car because the credit card fee is a “no” for me. More
