During the test drive and the sales process Chris was very informative and knowledgeable of the vehicle and never made you feel pressured. I think the best part of my experience was the fact that there we no hidden or extra costs to purchase the vehicle. I had to haggle over the trade in even though KBB priced my trade substantially higher than quoted. I got it up a little more but still not close enough to get near the KBB trade in price. Since I live in Delaware, the process to get my car titled, tagged etc. was too cumbersome. I never had to do the leg work that was done. I am a caregiver for a 93 year old mom and this added more stress than necessary and made the experience far less pleasant than necessary. I am finding out that the owner manual is lacking in instructions and the opportunity for Pacifico to shine would be to get the customer a manual that works.
