I was visiting from out of town and got a flat tire. Nancy helped me get my tire fixed and was very welcoming and helpful. I ordinarily visit Pacifico Ford for routine maintenance on my vehicle. However, I recently had a flat tire and had to purchase a new one. I always see Bob Rauh when I visit Ford because he takes great care on my vehicle. However, I recently had a flat tire and had to purchase a new one. I always see Bob Rauh when I visit Ford because he takes great care of my car and is so kind. As usual, he provided me with excellent service by giving me quotes for a new tire, a solid recommendation, and taking care of the repair as well. Bob Rauh is a wonderful employee and it is because of him that I have peace of mind when it comes to maintaining the quality and care of my vehicle! Although I did not purchase my car from Pacifico Ford, I will be sure to make all future purchases from this location because of the quality service I have received from Bob. More

This was my second car from Dan. A few years ago I purchased an Escape. Dan took care of me with that lease and I always remembered how comfortable he made the experience for me and him taking the ti purchased an Escape.
