Salesperson Chris Watson was very knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure. We had a couple concerns about a some minor scratches etc on the certified Ford Fusion we purchased and Chris took care of helpful with no pressure. Jorge was very friendly and helped me find the vehicle I was looking for. I had very specific requirements in mind and was looking for a used vehicle. He showed me several and I finally settled on one. The was looking for. I had very specific requirements in mind and was looking for a used vehicle. He showed me several and I finally settled on one. The positives were Jorge's friendliness, honesty and helpfulness. I ended up feeling a little let down once I got home and looked at the carfax report on the vehicle I had just purchased. I noticed it had been in an accident, which I didn't know during the process of looking at it. It was really my own fault for not asking to see the carfax myself, although the four other dealerships I visited that day all offered carfaxes upfront when we went to look at a vehicle. I still feel I overpaid a little for the car and the final price I paid wasn't what we agreed to (I signed a sheet that said I would take it immediately for a specific amount but the final invoice read $81 over that amount and of course I didn't see the final invoice until everything was done and settled). Overall it was a good experience, Jorge was great, and I feel the few negatives about the process were they stereotypes of the industry in general which turned out to be justified. More
Gabi was very helpful. My partner and I had a sense of the type of car we wanted to buy, and after submitting an inquiry, Gabi called us to ask us when we would be in and if we wanted to test drive it. When we arrived at the dealership, Gabi had pulled the car already at the entrance and directed us straight away so we could test drive it. The vehicle was in good shape and the pictures online were very reflective of what was in actuality. Afterward, Gabi talked us through the sales process and worked with us to get an affordable price for what we were willing to pay (which was $1,000 below the blue book value). He was very thorough in providing us with a tour of the service facility, helped us set up our first free oil change, and directed us to the finance manager, Dijone'e. She was equally wonderful in explaining us warranty information and providing us with more details on the financial implications of owning a car. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend anyone in the market for a car! More

My latest service experience at pacifico Ford was excellent. Joe was awesome. He kept me informed with everything going on with my vehicle. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service dept.! Wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a brake line that cost me a whooping $140 once I got it home. Total price to fix truck would only service dept.! Wanted to charge me $1200 to replace a brake line that cost me a whooping $140 once I got it home. Total price to fix truck would only have been $40 but for some reason their incompetent mechanic cut a factory Ford line under the hood that was in perfectly good shape the bad line was by the fuel tank. So I repaired my original problem and the problems they created. Also showed up to pick up my truck only to find driveshaft disconnected and transmission linkage disconnected! Hard to believe they allow this type of butchering to go on at a dealership. More
