My husband and I had a great experience buying a new car from Palm Coast Ford. Jeff Moore was right out there greeting us in a calm, friendly, very approachable manner. He certainly is a breath of fresh a from Palm Coast Ford. Jeff Moore was right out there greeting us in a calm, friendly, very approachable manner. He certainly is a breath of fresh air compared to previous encounters with agressive car salesmen. I feel Jeff is such an excellent salesman, he can gel with any type of customer from high brow billionaires to a couple of 60 year old bikers. Not for a second did we feel pressured or foolish for not buying the first time we visited Palm Coast Ford. His follow up phone call inviting me in for a test drive was wonderful. My husband is a die hard Chevy man and it took me more than a month to get him to even take me into a Ford dealership! We knew I needed a better gas mileage car and I had really been dragging my feet as I had zero interest in driving a Honda or a Mitsuwhatever. I watched all the TV commericals, fell in love with that Ford Mike Rowe guy, and wanted very much to check out Fords in real life. Husband circled Palm Coast Ford twice before his Silverado could make the turn in! I am thrilled to pieces with my new Focus! It is a great little American car...visually inside and out. Jeff Moore was sooooo helpful explaining all the bells and whistles. Luckily, he seems willing to continue to help me even after we waded through all the paperwork and drove a new car off his lot. While Jeff showed extreme patience with me, going over some features twice as I just wasn't getting it all, I know I will be back in to see him soon as I am still struggling with some features. One quick email to Jeff was answered within the hour and he got me on track with the Satelite radio. Husband grumbled when Paul Summa said NO DISCOUNT on Focus cars but hubby knew how happy I was with the Focus and when I am happy, he is too. Everything about Palm Coast Ford was terrific. It is spotless, inside and outside, all the staff seemed up and positive and we loved the Americans helping Americans banner. Driving an American car was, is important to me and I am very proud to be driving a 2012 Ford Focus. Jeff Moore is an excellent salesman and talked directly to me. Other car dealers seemed to always direct every conversation to my husband. I would honestly say it was Jeff's very personable manner that kept us at the dealership with no desire to shop elsewhere. A+ perfect would be my grade. More

Jeff Moore went above and beyond what any other dealer would have done to help me to get a new vehicle, no matter how bad things looked he was determined to get me a deal that worked for me. This was the first used car I bought at a major dealership and Jeff was very helpful and honest in telling me about the Ford Fusion. This is the 5th car and truck I purchased from Chris and Palm Coast Ford and they are always, always professional. I am a very hard sell but when you do business with them you are teated like family. Chris Smith is the salesman I deal with for all my cars and he is the most professional and ethical sales person I have delt with in my 65 years. I would like to say that Paul(sales mgr) and Don(Gen. Mgr) are the best. This dealership had a very bad rep from the former owners but they have turned that around and are very respected in the community. I can't say enought about this dealership or Chris and hope for great things in the future for them. I will always be a Ford customer and this is my dealership. We are a Military family that recently moved to the Palm Coast area, and I can honestly say that Palm Coast Ford really support an appreciate the Military families. We went to the dealer on Sunday just to browse around to do a Trade In of my SUV, and for the Sales Event that was going on there. We were given the most wonderful customer service experience, Pete had so much patience to show me different cars that fit my needs, we found an awesome car, a Nissan Altima with brand new leather interior (I love it), thank you Paul for recommend this car to us. The customer service experience was outstanding, it was fast, they worked with us to give us a great payment plan, excellent warranty and services for my car.
