Lousy experience I've bought two trucks from this dealership. The part I needed was a little over $100. They said it wasn't covered under warranty because the part had I've bought two trucks from this dealership. The part I needed was a little over $100. They said it wasn't covered under warranty because the part had been tampered with. We went round and round for over an hour with me explaining it had not and that the truck was special ordered and driven in from another state., what happened between there and here I have no control over. It finally came down to me asking "are you willing to lose a repeat customer over a $100 part"? They still argued it. By and large this is a great dealership but seriously, this issue should not have been an issue at all. It wasted two hours of my time for a part that takes 10 minutes to replace. I finally got my part at no charge. More

Excellent customer service I was thrilled to receive a customer appreciation reward of a complimentary oil change. After I called to book the appointment, I received a follow up I was thrilled to receive a customer appreciation reward of a complimentary oil change. After I called to book the appointment, I received a follow up email with the date and time. I was thankful also for a reminder email, the day before my appointment . The service manager greeted me as I waited to speak with Justin, my service rep. Justin P. is always on point, friendly and efficient. This is the second Altima SL that I've purchased. I also referred my sister to this dealership, where she also bought an Altima, after hearing me rave about the reliability of this car. I drove my 2005 Altima for 7 years without any problems and that led me to buy another! Palm Springs Nissan is terrific and aims to please with great customer service. I have all my maintenance done at this dealership! More
