What a disappointment. Booked an appointment on line for my first oil change, and also noted an issue with my center console not opening. I arrived for my appointment, and was barely greeted. I have no idea the gentlemen's name who assisted me. I again noted the issue with the console and he grunted some kind of reply. After about 2 hours, another gentleman called me up to pay. I asked about the console repair and he said it hadn't been noted anywhere. When I told him I not only mentioned it when i booked online, but also to the service advisor when I checked in, he shot me down and told me " he's not a service advisor". Ok, so how long would it be to have it looked at. His response, about 3 hours. With that, he just walked off. The cashier who helped me, was just as surprised how he totally dismissed me and shut me down at every turn. This type of customer service is just unacceptable. Don't waste your time with PSN.
