"Horrible Service"

Took my brand new 2019 Honda Pilot which I used their pick up service. When I called they told me I cant bring the car in myself for nearly a month but I they can pick it up next morning which makes no sense. I set up pick up. Car had 4,000 miles and the service advisor called me that the car needs wheel alignment and was running up my bill. I told him the car is brand new how is that possible. He kept telling me he can take off $50, then $100 and his prices were not making sense. Also when you try to call them you will never get any one to pick up the phone. When I arrived I spoke with my sales person who also made excuses and said i got free wheel alignment. Than when I went to pay they told me they didn't do the wheel alignment cause I didn't want it. This place is a nightmare even if you have a new car. Also when I paid they left my car in the middle of the street with keys in it. No one was even watching the car or even checked if its even my car. Any one could of just drove off with it. Buying Honda was a ok experience, but good luck getting good service. I went to 3 different service centers and they all want to overcharge you. Do yourself a favor buy a Toyota. No nonsense.

"4 hours for a simple inspection"

I was very disappointed in this "service" department. I had an appointment for 10:00 am. for a safety inspection. It took about 60 minutes from when I arrived to when I was able to get the car into the parking area and for the service advisor to take my information. The advisor said it would take about 2 hours for the inspection. I just needed a new-car safety inspection. After two hours, I got a text message that said that my car's repairs were underway at 1:02. After another hour and a half waiting, I went back to the service advisor and asked when the car would ready. They said ten minutes later that there is still one car ahead of my car and that it would be another 1/2 hour until the car is inspected. Over 4 hours for a simple inspection. I told them I want my car out now and it still took them 20 minutes. 4 hours and no inspection. Needless to say, I will never return to this dealership for sales or service.

"Can't handle the volume"

The actual worked performed may be satisfactory but getting the car to the actual technician is very frustrating. To accommodate the demand they added days and extended hours. With wait times continuing, they began requiring appointments for most visits. Eventually they eliminated all "walk ins" and appointments were required for all work(even simple oil changes) no matter the time of day. On my most recent attempt(Sept./19) I am about 80% unsuccessful in reaching someone from the service department. Sales will answer and transfer the call that no one picks up. I call back and they apologize saying "service is experiencing a large volume of calls" On a few occasions they took my number to have someone call me back. I'm still waiting. I have also noticed that the individuals who answer the calls do not seem to last long and probably don't develope the ability to field even the simplest of requests or answer basic questions.

"it's great deal with Rosa"

That's good time to switch leasing my car. This is my third leasing car with Honda, and second time go with Rosa, she is a very nice person and always give us more suggestion to choice, it's very good for us. She is very helpful and patient, we are very thanks for Rose and so happy got the new leasing car 2019 CRV.

"Not an honest service center"

Customer service is at a minimum here. Does not work well with insurance companies. We needed a new airbag because of theft. Our insurance company asked them to replace the steering wheel as well because of damage. When checking out we noticed that steering wheel still had damage and was not replaced but was on invoice as replaced and with labor cost. They also tried to add multiple supplements that the insurance did not approve. I'm going to another Honda dealership I trust out of town to check the work. I'm going to investigate the parts that were replaced to make sure they are legit. I would stay away if possible.

"Most amazing car service!"

Ben Benstock's Paragon Honda is like no other dealership in the world. Our family has owned 4 Hondas, all purchased at Paragon. But today I am thanking them for the most helpful and professional service I have ever received. Anthony Petito assisted in picking up our car this morning, Zaira Morel had it serviced, and our car was back in NYC the same day.
