I called yesterday about trying to get a quick appointment due to a sudden problem with my car, one of only a couple I've ever had with it, and it's a 2012. Upon arrival today and after speaking t appointment due to a sudden problem with my car, one of only a couple I've ever had with it, and it's a 2012. Upon arrival today and after speaking to Travis, I found that I had not been entered into the system for an appointment. Travis calmly stated not to worry, and asked how he could help. I explained the situation. He listened carefully and entered my repair order on the spot and said he/they would take care of it. He was very efficient and professional. They worked me in. After a very acceptable wait time, my car was repaired. I checked the work order, and Travis had written it up in a very clear, condensed format. It was evident that he had listened carefully to my situation. He was great to work with and I look forward to working with him again if/when that time comes. More
