"Park Ave Service is no longer what it used to be.."

One star is too many for Claudio. I had the unfortunate luck of him being available for a question. It could have been ohhh, his narcissism or arrogance, or just his total complete rudeness- There’s been a huge overturn recently at this Service Department- A Service Department that compared to no other. The best customer service, the best of everything BMW strives as a company to be- well folks, its been added to the likes of Paul Miller BMW and Ramsey..they are done. I will never Service my car there again...I only got into a new lease because of this Service Department, a decision I now regret. I’ll take the hit on a lease swap to get out of my BMW and go back to Audi. Trust me, it’s NOT the same place. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Shame on the GM for destroying what was the best part of Park Ave BMW.

Everyone at park ave bmw service department was super friendly and very helpful. Quickly got my car towed to the site and fixed up right away. Very grateful to have honest, knowledgeable people to help get me back on the road. Will definitely be going back to Park Ave for all my BMW needs. Thanks guys!

"Disappointed"

I had been going here for years and this last experience was very disappointing. My cars computer started showing Chassis malfunction and the car would tremble after speeding more than 40/50 miles per hour. I called the service center and advised them I could not drive this way. They got me in and gave me a rental (Had no loaners) and kept my car for about 4 days. First they called me to tell me that the car needed an alignment, new wheels and the rims fixed since they were bent. gave them permission to do the alignment...got called to pick up my vehicle days later and the diagnostic read something else. They changed some modules because they found a leak in the sunroof...They were all over the place with the car. Ok, no alignment done but they fixed a module and did not find a fault for the computer alarm. I pick up the car and now the car starts bouncing at like 10 miles per hour. It felt as if it had no suspension, the car was way lower in the back than normal and no one there knew why. I left worried but had to since no one there could tell me what was happening. I ended up taking the car to BMW Bloomfield where right away they detected the issue and took care of it in less than 1 hour. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Service was horrible and unprofessional here. Will not be returning or recommending.

"Wheels in Motion"

Claudio, and assisted by Dan, were amazing in getting me back on the road. I live in Connecticut, and had a blow out in my tire (run-flats) on a Saturday night in the NYC area. I was able to drop off my car early Sunday morning. They called me in between my surgeries in the operating room, and arranged for all matters at a 120 mile distance so I would not have any inconveniences. They took care of all the issues with the paperwork/warranty, and informed me every step of the way by text, email, and voicemail. I have not seen such thorough intervention in a long time. Relative to my dealership in CT, this is a far superior system of care in place. I would recommend strongly the aspects of care at this facility. They have certainly gone above and beyond the average. They made my life easier and safer.
