Easy internet buying experience that ended with lower price because Jason took the time to ask me all the questions that made additional ford rebates available. This guy earned my business. Picking up the truck was easy. Jen was fast efficient and friendly with the final paperwork. Jasper was mid lunch when I arrived early and did a great job of walking me through the truck and all its features. Then the ride home was magic. Back in the seat of a ford. I have had both Ford and Chevy but when I got home I did not have to tell my wife how much I liked the truck because the grin on my face gave it away. Something special about the look and feel of the ford. Also nice that Park City Ford was able to earn my business in Fairfield County where my dollars spent help and contribute to our local economy. Easiest car purchase ever and the nicest staff! We have been waiting for the EcoSport to come out since we first saw it advertised. We went to all the local dealerships to check prices. Park City was the first we visited and after comparing prices and our experiences at the different dealerships, there was no question that we would definitely buy the car from Park City. We first spoke with Jason who sent us over to Jasper. Jasper was extremely knowledgeable about the car and took his time and answered all of our questions. He was very nice and very professional. Jennifer helped us through the finance aspect of the deal which can sometimes be very stressful and drawn out. Not so with Jennifer, she was extremely organized, helpful and even ended up getting us a lower rate that we had anticipated. Jason, Jasper and Jennifer were just incredible. We can't say enough positive things about the whole experience! We would highly recommend Park City and would definitely buy another car from them in the future. More

Great overall customer service and knowledge Yesterday I picked up my 2015 Ford Fusion titanium. I worked with Evan Jenn and Jasper. Over all I had an excellent experience. My journey began last Yesterday I picked up my 2015 Ford Fusion titanium. I worked with Evan Jenn and Jasper. Over all I had an excellent experience. My journey began last week when I had stopped by the dealership with my mom and Evan enthusiastically showed me the car and all it’s amazing features. My fiancé and I shortly after put a small deposit down on the car. After submitting my application which Jasper was kind enough to do via email , I was approved . The finance manager Jenn kept in contact with us updating us throughout the entire process conatantly. When my fiancé and I picked up the car, it was washed , detailed, with a full tank of gas, waiting for us in the parking lot! jenn went over the paperwork with me thoroughly , and my car payment was even a little lower than she originally quoted. Evan also shares my affinity for the movie star wars, and laughed when I told him him how I’m naming the car the “millennium falcon” and was impressed that I already had my Han Solo dice ready for the rear view mirror, over all my experience with park city Ford was excellent and I highly recommend this dealership.
