Outstanding Customer Service Experience Before coming to Park Place we had cross-shopped multiple used vehicles at 5-6 dealerships, and the story was always the same: park outside a separate Before coming to Park Place we had cross-shopped multiple used vehicles at 5-6 dealerships, and the story was always the same: park outside a separate building from the new vehicle lot, walk into a separate building for used vehicles, sit about 3 feet from the next family looking for a vehicle at the same time, and divulge personal information to try and obtain financing. It was too awkward for me. Once we were able to experience the preowned process at Park Place, I can say with confidence they will be first on our list the next time we need a vehicle. Within 20 minutes of inquiring online about our RX350, Sean sent me the data packet for the vehicle which included the Carfax, original MSRP information, and a list of all services that Park Place performed on the car prior to listing it. When we came out to test drive, we were treated with respect and professionalism. The preowned showroom and the new vehicle showroom are in the same building, just different hallways which is a great idea. When it came time to purchase, we worked directly with Sean on every detail. This meant I was at the dealership for about an hour, and there were no surprises. Any time I had a question he would simply rotate his monitor to show me the numbers or details, instead of walk away to speak to a manager. This is a much more efficient way to do business! We secured a better financing rate with Park Place compared to my own bank. I would recommend Park Place and Sean to anyone who is looking for a vehicle! More
