Easy Car Buying Experience I had been looking for a Dodge Charger for weeks. The couple other Dodge dealerships I had been to were giving me the run-around - you know, your chee I had been looking for a Dodge Charger for weeks. The couple other Dodge dealerships I had been to were giving me the run-around - you know, your cheesy-movie car salesman type stuff. Finally found a nice Charger at Gastonia Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and the car buying experience was really refreshing. Tim and Brad were my salesmen and they were very straight-forward, very laid-back and not pushy. It was a pleasure buying this car. Usually when I think of buying a car, it's a hassle because you don't want to deal with sneaky salesmen. Funny thing, as I sat down to write this review (about a week after purchasing the car), I got a call from Brad just checking on me, seeing how I was liking the car and if there was anything I needed. Great Customer Service! Brad Smith sold me a 2013 Ram 2500. Brad was not your "typical" pushy salesman. He was very laid back and did not pressure me into buying. The employees there are down to earth, classy people and really make you feel welcome. I will definitely go there first when it is time for a new toy. I also want to mention Gerald Morrison. My wife and I had to go to the dealership when she got off of work to finish her part of the paperwork. Brad was gone since we did not make it back until 7:30 pm that evening and I had a few questions about the settings on the truck. I just happened to catch Gerald for a quick question and 30 minutes later Gerald was still showing us different things our truck could do. I was very appreciative he took time to help us out when he was very busy and ready to go home. That is the kind of customer service you can expect from the staff at Gastonia Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM.
