Purchase a brand new $70,000+ Car, it had a non functional handle from the first day I got it, scheduled a service appointment that was almost 2 weeks out for first available, they don't give loane functional handle from the first day I got it, scheduled a service appointment that was almost 2 weeks out for first available, they don't give loaner cars anymore luckily my car sales person was awesome and gave me a loaner. The Einsteins confirmed what I already knew the handle was inoperable, they said they would order a new handle...two weeks passed no word from service so I called them, there response was oh yes the handle was in...well then why did no one call me?? Worst part is they can't get me in to fix it for another 3 weeks, how ridiculous is that 3 weeks wait for a brand new car...the lady I spoke to had the response of we are sorry we dont have enough service techs, sound like a company problem. Went in to have oil changed and a noise investigated that came from the front left every time the Aviator hit a bump, especially at low speeds. After 7 phone calls, with three different people, each with different opinions, 2 of whom refused to investigate the noise without first replacing the tires, we picked up the vehicle with only the oil change completed and are taking it elsewhere. Simple questions on tire prices, like what do you get with the cost (i.e. installation, balance, alignment) could not be answered over the phone. Sadly this is not the first time the service experience at Parkway has been subpar. No longer will be taking my vehicles to this dealership for service. More

The dealership was very helpful with the diagnosis of my vehicle, I was there to have my break system checked out and was told that there was no reason for concern, I did however have a 70k scheduled mainte vehicle, I was there to have my break system checked out and was told that there was no reason for concern, I did however have a 70k scheduled maintenance that to me seemed a little costly, but the employees were very good and supplied me with a loner vehicle when the time for maintenance exceeded 3 hours.
