The salesperson was indifferent to making a sale. I was going to write a check that day if decent deal could be had. The salesperson admitted that sales were low. That to me would mean the dealership would work with a purchaser. I know the worth of my trade-in and they wouldn't give me anything close to what they intended to sell it for. My trade-in is paid for and only a year old. The salesperson was cursed at by a dissatisfied customer on my way out to test drive vehicle. The sales "manager" didn't even drive my vehicle before making an offer. My overall feeling of the dealership was that it was amateur and catered to uninformed customers. More
