I want to thank the Service Dept, but Specially, Mr. Carlos Santos Perez, for the great, excellent service that my husband and I received from him for the 25,000 mile new car service. Mr. Santos Perez was very helpful, attentive to every single detail in our visit/service. He was well informed and answered all our questions. Because we believe he is one of your best Toyota employees, in our opinion, Toyota should be very proud of having him as one of its employees. I sincerely hope this message is given to him, from us, and sincerely wish him all the best in his career. Thank You. (we are the owners of a 2017 Toyota Camry and a 2017 Toyota Tacoma, both bought at your delearship in 2017)

"Avoid this dealership "

I found a 2018 Toyota Camry on this company’s website that was listed at one price. I made it to the dealership and the car was listed at another price, higher price. The salesman was in total disbelief and stated he never known for the price to be so low on this particular vehicle. Fast forward, my husband and I were upside down on our current vehicle and was very well aware of that. We were willing to pay a higher monthly note because of this. We were even willing to put money down. This dealer didn’t want to honor the internet price of that car in which it was listed for and tried to pressure my husband and I into a much higher vehicle with a down payment of 4,500 down and a monthly note of 600, unheard of! Sad to say with a credit score pretty close to 800 we left the dealership and returned to Arkansas with no new vehicle. Since, we have visited another Toyota dealer and have been placed in a brand new 2018 Toyota Camry with zero dollars down and a reasonable monthly note. Don’t waste your time allowing this place run your credit or waste your time period!

"Serious lack of service knowledge"

I typically have my 2016 Highlander serviced at Toyota of Plano and after my experience at Pat Lobb Toyota, I will only have service done there. My car battery died and I made an appointment to have it replaced at Pat Lobb Toyota. The battery died again in the service line and the employees made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience. I had an appointment for the battery replacement and for the front passenger side window which would not stay fully rolled up. My service advisor told me that they could replace the battery in my car that day but would have to leave the car for them to examine the window. As it turned out, due the weekend and holiday, they would have needed me to leave my car for 4-5 days. No one told me that as I scheduled my appointment. Further, they shared that no one could even look at the window that day and that it would cost $150 to have them "diagnose" the problem even though the car is under warranty. I told them that I thought the window was related to the battery as it occurred directly after the battery died and was boosted. They did not listen to me and said they spoke with a manager who agreed with them. I was furious and left. I made an appointment at Toyota of Plano. When I went, the service advisor there knew immediately that the window glitch was a result of the battery and it required a 10-second reboot (via the car radio) to fix. They rebooted the system and all was fixed IN TEN SECONDS. Pat Lobb Toyota has lost my business forever.
