Pat Lobb's dealership provided me with excellent service and took great care of my vehicle needs. Jonathan, my service advisor, was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and service-oriented, and didn't treat me like I was a bother. In my previous review of Toyota of Plano, I mentioned the extreme difficulty of obtaining my second key from them. Jonathan went above and beyond by providing me with a key without me even asking! That's what I call exceptional service. The shuttle drivers are also fantastic. The shuttle service is efficiently run, convenient, flexible, and safe. I can't praise Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney enough for their fast, efficient, and professional service. Thank you again for taking care of my vehicle needs. I am very happy! More
