"Stay away from the service department"

Finally took the Wife's 2007 Rav4 in for the rear lower suspension arm recall where they epoxy them together. With only 42000 miles on it, drove just fine there to drop it off. Picked it up later in the day, drove horrible on the way home bouncing all over the place. After a few days of me trying to figure out what was wrong, took it back. Turns out that "BOTH" front struts were damaged. We were riding on the coils. How on earth did the service department manage to destroy both front struts? Did it fall off the rack? They even let it go out the door like that. They took absolutely no responsibility for the damage. Had them replaced with KYB struts that they even had the audacity to overcharge me on both. Now I would not let these losers work on a little red wagon. If there was a way to give negative stars, I would give a minus 5.

"Horrible!!!"

I bought my Toyota at the Toyota place in Tyler (thank God) AWSOME place. I was told I could have it serviced at any Toyota place .i was in Longview on November 17 2016 doing some shopping and noticed my light was on so I pulled in there and the girl at the service desk told me that I could not get it serviced there since I have not had it serviced there before and that she could not look us up in the system. Really?? She was very rude. I did not argue cause I had my grandbaby with me or I would had . My husband tried calling the supervisor and never got a return phone call. So I'm confused if Toyota will service them all over or is it just this one in Longview that is so difficult!! ?

plug leaked in tire, they said they don't use patches to fix leaks . Had to waste more time again, this time he said he would use a patch

"Service"

This dealership did a normal 20000 mile service on my car, however, I spent 70 minutes waiting for a them to finish. I have used this dealership since 1990 and have never received such slow service and not a smile or a "good morning" except from Lori. Pat Lobb I know you and your employees can do much better. .
