My new GO TO dealership!!! First and foremost I have HATED dealing with car dealerships from the very bottom of my soul. I have always felt like the experience was very nearly t First and foremost I have HATED dealing with car dealerships from the very bottom of my soul. I have always felt like the experience was very nearly the closest thing imaginable to xxxx. I would rather have a root canal with no anesthetic than have to deal with the runaround that is normally associated with buying a car. The folks at Pat Peck Kia completely changed my mind and opinion. First, the initial phone call was awesome - the outcome can best be described as, "we're here for you if you need us, but we're not gonna pester you 'til you cave in" Secondly, our visit started with meeting the person we talked to on the phone who handed us off to a salesperson, Gretchen, who was very calm, relaxed and helpful. And again, NO PRESSURE. I think she just wanted to help us. Now, it's important to note that I know the system, we still have to see the "money guy" right? well, I voiced my opinion, politely, of how much I hated getting the run around and gave her what I considered my absolute max number. She brought that number to the money guy, and the next thing you know . . . Thirdly . . . the number guy, Shane, said that number would work. There was a brief discussion as to which vehicle that number would work for (it happened to be in the range of the vehicle we were hoping to get) and we drove off the lot in our brand new Kia that afternoon. I don't think I can explain to you how INCREDIBLY pleasant the experience was for us. If your looking at this review, you're probably considering going over, just go ahead, you won't regret the decision. More

Very Awesome They gave me a rental while they fixed my car up from a recall, also gave me a free wiper on my rear window! Only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is they said they checked all my fluids in my car but my washer fluid was empty and my wiper blades on the front needed to be replaced. I don't mind replacing them but it would've been good to know before driving home in the rain! Still an awesome car service! More
