I given this dealership and overall 5 average, due to the fact that before even coming to dealership the phone call I recieved from Patrick gave me hope. I have been renting a car since Nov 2010 and I been to at least five different dealership who couldn't finance me because of my credit. I camed to the dealer to meet with Patrick and while he was finishing up with another client, Ash Patel step to assit to prevent me from waiting. He also gave me much hope when I had nothing but doubt in my mind. He took me out showed me differnt cars and I was looking for a particular color, he walked all the way to the back inventory just to check for me. He also showed me a diffent car available in that color and put it on the list. Ash did everything to make me feel comfortable and relaxed, I am so excited about my new car. I really didn't think I was going to get approve let alone drive off the lot the same day with a new car. Ash has a calming personality he wasn't pushy he wasn't over the top and he never made any promises. I can't say how thankful and excited I am for having my new car. If it wasn't for Ash and Patrick I really don't think I would have driven off the lot with a new car. The financing manager also made me feel relax and help me understand all my paperwork what I was signing and I just wish I had went there from the begining than making it my last resort. I had been to a couple of different dealerships looking to buy a new car that would be safe for me and my daughter. I had almost given up hope on purchasing a car when my boyfriend (who purchased his Altima there) saw a used car at Pat Peck Nissan so we decided to try again and met Patrick as we got there. As it turns out the used Rogue we were interested in wasn't looking to good either but Patrick didn't just turn us away like the other dealerships in the area did or try to put us in something that we didn't want. He went way above and beyond what was expected and didn't stop until he had a solution to our problem. He got me approved for a brand new 2011 Rogue. I absolutely love the car and never felt so relieved. He made us feel like we were the most important people in the lot and made the whole process a very pleasant experience. I have already recommended him to some friends who think they won't be able to get approved for a car and I said Patrick will get you in a car! After many days of dealing with other dealerships, I decided to contact Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport. They were very prompt in returning my calls and locating the 2011 Nissan Altima my daughter wanted. T decided to contact Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport.
