This was my first time buying a car and although I had my Dad with me to help, I was still unfamiliar with the process and the nitty-gritty of the financial, insurance, etc. aspects of it. Not service at all. After a week of making an appointment I lost a day at work. Driving one hour to the dealer Patrick Subaru and when I pull up to the service the "tech After a week of making an appointment I lost a day at work. Driving one hour to the dealer Patrick Subaru and when I pull up to the service the "technician" told me that I need to leave the car all day and also I need proof of insurance??? In order to live the car with them jajaja unbelievable. I show him the registration and he told me that I am going to need more than that. I pulled the car out get to the office and ask for manager and let him know that the service is terrible because no one told me about insurance Prof or anything like that+ live the car all day for a service in an empty garage because I was the only customer there all the rest of the people employees are there walking around doing nothing. More
