I felt not only comfortable, but like Kevin and his team give off more of a family vibe, with quality dealer inventory. Started off with Chad via internet who was very helpful, and eventually directed me to the Sales manager Scott, who further assisted me with test drive, vehicle knowledge and no haggle pricing. After I fell in love with my Volvo XC90 with one owner and low miles, I had the pleasure of meeting Chris in the business office, he was awesome! Explained everything about my vehicle, even some fun facts about the history. Throughout the entire process Kevin was a super star GM, making me laugh while overseeing everything, not missing a beat, making sure I was having a positive, pleasurable experience the entire time! Even though it is part of my lease agreement, they NEVER have a courtesy vehicle for my routine services (even when requested in the booking) so now I’m waiting for over 2hrs for my 20k service in a waiting have a courtesy vehicle for my routine services (even when requested in the booking) so now I’m waiting for over 2hrs for my 20k service in a waiting room with broken Guest Wi-Fi; last time for 10k it was over 2hrs and the same broken guest Wi-Fi. Booking the service was 3-4 weeks out so you are pretty much stuck with your appointment. When my lease expires I’ll find a different dealership. More
