Patriot Chevrolet GMC of Ardmore - Service Center

I took my vehicle in to get the purge valve fixed. When I called they said that's probably what's wrong with it according to the check engine light code. When I got there it took them five hours and $ When I called they said that's probably what's wrong with it according to the check engine light code. When I got there it took them five hours and $423 later to change a different part. My check engine light came back on 6 days later. After googling the problem, I found out the purge valve should be changed first. I went to Oreilly's and bought the part and installed it myself. No more problems. Then 4 months later I get a letter from Chevrolet saying they know this a problem and will fix it free of charge. But since I didn't have this specific problem fixed at the dealership I won't be reimbursed. When I called the dealership, they informed me that I should have brought it back in and it would have been fixed for free. They did not tell me that there was any kind of warranty on their work. I WILL NOT BE BACK! More

Pads were squealing on the way home from the dealership. Drive straight back and they proceed to charge me over 400 dollars for the pads they knew were bad when they sold the truck. Liars and thieves hiding under a banner of patriotism. More
