I am so very impressed with the QUALITY of service. I am always greeted promptly. If I have made an appointment the service advisor knows why I am there. I got the lift gate on my pilot after having it almost a year, and when I went to get it it took 4 guys to try and figure out how to work it. I don't understand how you going to work and sale these cars and year, and when I went to get it it took 4 guys to try and figure out how to work it. Reminds me of when I bought the brand new pilot 8 months earlier and 6 guys couldn't figure out how to make it open. Come to find out was not even installed in the pilot! More
