Unfortunately, our experience at Paul Masse South was rather disappointing. We bought a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport and waited over 30 days for Paul Masse to register it because they had a challenge obtai rather disappointing. We bought a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Sport and waited over 30 days for Paul Masse to register it because they had a challenge obtaining the title. In the meantime, the communication was nonexistent, we had to keep initiating contact while our newer car sat in the driveway because the temp tag expired (Paul Masse provided a dirty loaner), it was anything but stress free. In the end, the dealer paid for the registration, but their lack of remorse as well as terrible communication and customer service skills after the sale might want to be taken into consideration when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I just purchased a used vehicle from Jordan last week. The entire process was no pressure, no hassle, timely and stress free. The finance manager, Cam, was also great. A Pleasant Surprise With a Toyota lease running out in a couple months, we decided to do some shopping around to see what vehicle would satisfy our needs. We were extremely upset with the high pressure and arrogance of too many dealership employees. After having gone to 3 other dealerships, I decided to check out Paul Massey South and were pleasantly received by Brandon DeMarco. He was pleasant to meet with and he quickly assessed what our needs were. No pressure here! Within a relatively short period of time, Brandon had us out in the lot looking at several vehicles. He was excellent and well informed. Within a relatively short period of time, we agreed on a by-out of our Toyota lease and agreed to terms of a pre-owned Chevy Equinox. Steve then met with us and we wrapped up with Cam doing the financing and other paperwork. Really pleased with Brandon and others we met. More
