After shopping around multiple NJ audi dealers Christina and Don were the most thorough out of everyone I dealt with. Don was very informative in breaking down my lease options. He patiently showed us all the colors we were considering eventhough it involved going to a remote lot. Upon pick-up everything that was promissed was delivered the car was awaiting us clean and spotless. Don paired up our phones and showed us how to utilize all the features offered. The most impressive part of the whole experience is that between Christina and Don, they were both very punctual. I was greeted and helped on time, they were waiting for us every time we went. Don was very prompt and respectful of my time and truely delivered on every aspect without delay or complications... Now I wanted to get a brand new Q7 and the trade-in value they gave me was way below what Mercedes and Lexus were willing to give for my months ago.
