I need some repair service for one of my Porsche Cayennes and have not been able to talk to service department. I always get a voicemail box and I have been leaving messages, emails, virtual chats etc. for t and have not been able to talk to service department. Best attitude ever and I can guarantee that you will have unforgettable moment, once you have a service with them. I made a service appointment with the loaner car over the phone but due to the shortage of unforgettable moment, once you have a service with them. I made a service appointment with the loaner car over the phone but due to the shortage of loaner car I had to waited for a long time which is understandable . I waited about 10 days and drove in to their service today. when I was making an appointment with them I asekd them not to have a Macan as a loaner for me because its too small. When I parked into their servicd drive their service advisor and valet team was nice and kind but attitude of person who handling that loaner car was xxxx. He told me we only have macan as a loaner today ( they should let me know when I was making an appoinment with them, I drove extra miles and waited extra time to not to have a macan as a loaner car ) and his next word was stunning me "hey our macan is as nice as your car" ...... is that something they can say to customer ? My car is panamera 4S $120-130K MSRP , macan is only $67-80K , and right before he says that xxxx word I was so pissed that I drove and wasted my time because of their stupid service appointment system. Very impressed and suprised about this unforgettable experience, I never had a bad experience or issue with any other brands (BMW /Mercedes)that I used have it before. Anyways thanks for wasting my time today. More

My wife leased a Macan from Paul Miller and when the lease was up we bought it out. Now a year later we are looking to use the Macan as a trade towards a new car only to find out that it was in an acci lease was up we bought it out. Now a year later we are looking to use the Macan as a trade towards a new car only to find out that it was in an accident while Paul Miller leased it to us without letting us know….
