Best VW dealer on earth I don't wright to many reviews but I have to shout this from the top. Paul Miller VW is the best. I do a lot of my own work so took my 2012 GTI in for I don't wright to many reviews but I have to shout this from the top. Paul Miller VW is the best. I do a lot of my own work so took my 2012 GTI in for an oil change, There prices are very good. It only costs a few $$ more than buying the parts at an auto parts store. Had a recall and asked Andria for a price on a few things I know my car needed. (window switch and cam position sensor). Turned out it was the timing chains and not the sensor. She said let me give you a loaner and I will talk to VW for you as my car was only a few thousand miles out of powertrain warranty. She got everything covered was so nice and updated me every step of the way. They really know the meaning of customer service. I had almost given up of VW dealers having a bad exp with one in Rockaway. More
Service Department I thought I was in good hands puchasing a car from a dealer ship in my comunity. I had all my services done on my car from them. I once hear a customer complaining at the service counter and thought it was a Isolated incident untill they told me I needed breaks on a car that didnt even have 30,000 miles on it . I was first told it was due to my driving . Well I work 20 minutes away from home and most of my commute is highway but I did it , then a survery came and I stated it was disapointing to need new breaks with so little miles they contacted dealership that then said it was rust?? Rust they never said that and why rust it was a new car purchase , I keep it in a garage , if its rust did they have it on a lot too long could that cause it ...Listen I dont know but they didnt care and call Customer Care Please before buying a car you will be on hold at least a hour I tried numerous times it was always the same . Why is customer care so Busy ??? Be careful I!!! More

My Beetle Convertible was in for its 20,000 mile service, and the attention I received from Andrea and her team in the service department is like no o My Beetle Convertible was in for its 20,000 mile service, and the attention I received from Andrea and her team in the service department is like no other! They found an issue with my brakes that I didn't even know I had and fixed it without a problem. I also recently spilled milk in the hatch area and the car was STINKY (we started calling the car Stink Bug), and they deodorized it for FREE! No more Stink Bug, and one VERY happy customer! This is not the first time Andrea went WAY above and beyond for me. She's a priceless asset to Paul Miller and I love dealing with her and her whole team. Thanks so, so much for making me feel important and valued as a customer! More
Great Sales but Poor Service Center Could be the worsrt service department I have ever dealt with. The sales experience was great and easy. I bought a '13 GLI and the sales staff was exceptional. Everything was great until you have to deal with the service area. Long story short, I had interior rattles, they have tried 4 times to fix it under warranty but could not. In the time that they were "fixing" my car they also bent my trunk and swirled the paint during one of the complimentary car washes. It was so bad that they had to have the car professionally detailed to try to repair the damage. Now my car is rattling again but when I call the service area, they screen my calls, send me to voicemail and never call me back. If your car is a lease and you dont really care about it then by all means, go get your car serviced there but if you care about your car, trust me and go to any other dealer. Save yourself the aggrevation of their incompetence. More
