The first time that I took my vehicle in for service at Peacock Ford though, I was completely impressed. They greet you very quickly at the drive through, and inform you that your particular service adviser is busy (if not busy, he/she greets you right away). Furthermore, the Service Adviser assigned to me is Don Raymond. He is excellent, knowledgeable, and follows up by phone with status updates (if the vehicle is in for a few hours). I highly recommend that you ask for Don if you're new to Peacock Ford.. Overall, I give this dealer a 5-star rating due to their professionalism, their caring attitude, and their prompt, courteous attention showing that they truly care for their customer. More

Unfun experience Recently I took my vehicle in for service. As I was waiting and walked around the dealership, a used truck caught my eye. As I tried numerous times to get a price the salesman later told me it don’t make a difference what I sell it to you, you need 4 to 5 k down. When I received an email from the GM regarding to the service, I gave the service a 4 to 5 star yet commented on my experience regarding to their sales personal. He informed me that it was not their procedure and that he would speak to the sales person and his manager. After the sales.person called me back two days later, he had no idea who I was or why he even called. When I sent an email to the GM, he as to date responded. From what I understand this is a game that they play and I don’t have time for games. More
