Best Car Buying Experience of My Life! I went into Peak Kia with a pretty strict set of guidelines for my next car. I needed reliability, affordability, a few bells and whistles and a car that I was proud to drive. Mike Topolosky was my salesman and I can honestly say I have never had a better car buying experience. He took me through the gauntlet of car purchasing and gave me every option on the lot. He explained things in ways that I understood. He made sure to point out the pros and cons of each vehicle and continued to make suggestions of what he thought would be my best fit. I landed with a 2014 Kia Soul. I love this car! Having it be a few years older put it within my price range. Having it only be two years made it reliable. It's stylish, has great mileage and I love looking at it every time I approach it. I had the honor to overhear a few other salesman giving their "pitch". There is nothing worse than hearing words out of someone's mouth that you know they've rehearsed in the mirror a thousand times. Bad experience at first but owner helped with a resolution I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by war I previously had problems with their shop, where no one took care of my car even after visiting three times (though it should have been covered by warranty), so I ended up paying a third party to diagnose my transmission issues then towing my car to another Kia shop. However, Mike Byerly did follow up with me after I submitted a complain through the BBB, and he helped resolve my case by meeting me over half way. Mike is truly setting a respectable name for the dealership and leading the rest of his employees with his high standards and exemplary customer service. Thank you! More

He listened to my wants and needs and executed multiple choices that fit into my budget. He wasn't pushy and didn't make me feel pressured into buying something I wasnt comfortable with.
