Employees were courtious and very well spoken, was updated about the vehicle when expected, and made everything hassle free from the beginning, very professional and looking forward to use their service department more in the future.

Got a flat tire driving to work in the morning. Drove to work on the run flat and called service when o got to work. Scheduled to have the car dropped off in the afternoon just at closing time for the service department. They took the car in and had it ready the next morning as promised. Pepe Cadillac in White Plains continues to impress me with world class service, everything you would expect from a luxury car dealer and service department. As long as they keep working hard to make me feel like the most important person in the room, they will continue to have me as a loyal customer.

When my 2016 Cue screen went out as I was driving on 95, I was fearful because I didn’t know if I was safe to continue about my dinner plans or to cancel. After a long talk with a Onstar advisor I decided to continue with plans. But from that moment day I was unsure about driving my vehicle. I looked up PePe and they put me in for service and from the moment I left my vechile I felt reassured and comfort that whatever was going on they would figure it out. Diagnostic by diagnostic I was kept informed and comfortable with my vehicle being cared for. I truly thank Sam Kwartler for putting me at ease and to whomever it was that took my concerns seriously. As I explained I rarely drive my vehicle but Safety is what I expect when I driving.
Late on a Friday afternoon, I was putting air in my tires when I noticed a bulge on the sidewall of one of my tires. Knowing that they had Saturday hours, I called and asked if I could drop off the care overnight for the tire change. I did not need a loaner car, so this was an easy transaction which was completed on Saturday. Great job!
