I truly enjoyed my buying experience with Perfect Auto Collection. I was in the market for a convertible Rolls Royce Dawn. I went online and came across several, but decided to call on the one at Perfec Collection. I was in the market for a convertible Rolls Royce Dawn. I went online and came across several, but decided to call on the one at Perfect Auto Collection. When I called I spoke to Dalton who happened to be the GM. I asked was the car still available and he said "yes", the owner is driving it. I told him if we could agree on the price for his car and my trade I would purchase the car. Within 30 minutes Dalton made it happen. He upfront and there was no back and forth. He made it simple and easy and there was no stress. Thank you very much Dalton. After agreeing on everything, I asked Dalton did I need to put down any money to hold the car and take it off the market. He told me that wouldn't be necessary. He took me at my word when I told him my credit union could wire the money. I was very impressed throughout the whole ordeal. Since I was buying the car unseen, Dalton went one step further and had a salesman by the name Dennis call me and do a facetime video so I could see the car in person. Dennis called me within 5 minutes and went over the whole car and answered all my questions. He was very patient and did not try to rush me off the phone. As a successful business owner in Houston, Tx, I am really big on customer service. I was highly please with the professionalism, customer service, integrity, character and honesty that Perfect Auto Collection provided. Just to share with you how honest this dealership is, Dalton called and told me that there was a small rock chip in the windshield and it had been filled, but if it started to crack or split give him a call and they would replace the windshield. I was blown away. This is hard to find in the automotive industry. I am definitely a customer for life.
