service department is terrible. I love my pilot but Honda Service in Albuquerque is terrible. I've had to order parts and Honda has never called to say that they are in. When i received the car, a rivet or support device was not put in my steering column and there was a really annoying sound every time i slightly turned the wheel. Perfection Honda said they could not hear the noise and they could not help me. Took it to Garcia Honda and they found problem and fixed it. Then I had other problems with Garcia Honda. Again, I love my Honda but the service does not even come close to the service I came to expect based on my Hyundai experience. I have now been trying to contact a service person to schedule the programming of my Fob for 40 minutes. phone just rings. it is Saturday at 1:40pm. Finally reached someone by going through sales, they answered, that said they would connect me to a service scheduler. Again, phone range for 1-2 minutes and then disconnected. More

He went out of his way to make sure a question that I had regarding my service plan was answered before I left. He directed me to the right person and everything was resolved. Appreciate his willingness to help me and to make sure I was taken care of. I'm not sure why he isn't listed on the employees to choose from but he should be recognized for providing such good service. Also was helped by Rukia Al-Sultan who took time with me that wasn't scheduled to make sure all of my questions were answered.
