Service department is awful. Service manager is not responsive. general Manager is non responsive. Dealt with corrosion issues which took forever to fix doors then I’ve been on a wait list for two years to fix hood while doors are bubbling again. Recently had routine oil change and tire rotation done. Requested 5 tire rotation. Only rotated 4. By the time I got the car back the mechanic had left so I was left to deal with it. They asked me to drop the vehicle off at a different time so they could rotate them correctly. Another hassle added to my day since they couldn’t find a competent service tech. Seems like a small thing but when you pay for something you expect OEM to be trustworthy. Was also told by service advisor that they check and fill air in tires. Nope. So I can only hope they really changed the oil like they were supposed to. I’ve been loyal to this dealer for years. And I’m done. When a service manager nor GM cares enough to return calls they obviously don’t care about the customer. More

It's quite reassuring to know that I was in good hands throughout the whole process; from looking at different vehicles with Tristan, right down to signing the final paperwork with Ali in finance. This is all about Jimmy Horton the sales manager not honoring his salesman's handshake. I bought a 2019 Honda CRV for cash on 11/18/23. My only objection was the lo-jack at $499.00. Would we have a deal if that was removed? I said yes and we shook. Jimmy came over a few minutes later and said we never met, I never agreed to that. We have three other buyers interested in that car. I bought the car but it has left a bitter taste. How dare he. The highlight of this experience was the condition I got the car in. The guy that cleaned the car did a very nice job. So kudos to him. The finance experience would have been fine had the person not been so concerned with collecting the $50.00 fee to transfer the plates. After we said no to that she pointed out, oh if you had your old plate we could have done that for the $6.00 transfer fee. Which of course we did and it wasn't mentioned until after the paperwork had been issued for a temporary tag. Their greed for a few dollars is really kind of disgusting. I won't do business with them again. More

We purchased a used 2017 Toyota RAV4 on 11.30.23 for our daughter and Tristan Hofacker, our salesperson, indicated that if tires and brakes were le We purchased a used 2017 Toyota RAV4 on 11.30.23 for our daughter and Tristan Hofacker, our salesperson, indicated that if tires and brakes were less than 80% they would be replaced. Since we were there at night we did not notice that the tread on the right rear tire was less than 40%. When I followed up with Tristan regarding the low tread life he asked for pictures. When he did respond with a price it was $250 installed and I could get the same tire for $190 at a Goodyear dealership (for a Kelly Edge Touring tire). Very disappointed that the salesperson did not stand behind their statement as to the quality of their inspections. Just make darn sure you inspect the vehicle and get anything in writing regarding the vehicle. Also, we had to go to the nearby Jeepland store in order to get the paperwork completed as the Finance person at that site was out of the office. It was over 3.5 hours to complete the purchase and the paperwork. A bit frustrating given we had not had dinner. Tristan is a good salesperson but believe the dealership is not the best. More
