Poor Customer Service Leased a new Lincoln with paid off trade in and can't get anyone to talk to me about getting me my $18450 check for my trade-in. I was told it would be 5-7 days...they have 10 days to get it to me. But he said it never is that long. Well tomorrow is 10 days and can't get anyone to talk to me. Called Lincoln Leasing and my contract hasn't even been submitted! Very poor customer service. Would NOT buy, lease or recommend this dealership. More
