Trustworthy, Honest, Fair and Knowledgeable When I was looking for a Pickup for my husband, I found it online at Perkins... they had the best price for the best used vehicle I could afford. Then after saving for a while to get something for myself, I found it online, and again at Perkins. When I conferred with an online rep about the vehicle, she went out of her way to get some special financing for me. When I went in to the dealership (over 100 miles from home) I was greeted at the door by Steve Faidley, and made to feel right at home. He checked with financing and came back with the EXACT same quote I had been given online. I was amazed that this would happen. Most dealerships don't act with this degree of integrity! Right up to the very last moment before we left Perkins with my new Jeep Cherokee, Steve stayed with us. He answered every question with complete candor and expertise. After the financing went through and all the papers were signed, He then went on to make sure that I knew everything about the operations of my new Jeep. Steve stayed with us until every possible thing about driving my new car home had been covered. He's patient and a great teacher!!! Just as we left, the skies turned dark and we had a torrential downpour for the entire trip home. At first I was apprehensive about driving that far in that kind of weather with visibility down to just a few feet and the wind blowing like mad. But, I should never have worried because the trip was a breeze... and everything that I needed to know to work all of the controls, was so well taught that I never had one problem. When I walked in the door at home, my husband commented on how bad the wind had been..... all I could think was, "what wind"? I honestly didn't feel that it was ever a problem! From the beginning, I never had any particular loyalty to this dealership. When I first went online looking for a truck for my husband and something for myself, I was mainly looking at quality of product for the money I had to spend. Then over the past two years, to choose this dealership twice, (out of the many online offerings), says more about the dealership than I could ever put into words. The proof of their overall business credo is in my personal experiences with both purchases... EXCELLENT!!! More

I had picked out a couple of vehicles I wanted to test drive before we even arrived. We ended up in the wrong area for the used vehicles. But Mike Ryan and the staff were very helpful and actually went and got the vehicle we were there to see. The staff was not pushy at all and never tried to talk me into purchasing a new vehicle when all I wanted was a used. We would definitely recommend anyone to try them out. More
