We had a great experience with Charlie Rotenberry from the time we walked in to the time we drove away in our Chevrolet Equinox 1LT! We were referred by a few friends to try Pete Moore Chevrolet after hav the time we walked in to the time we drove away in our Chevrolet Equinox 1LT! We were referred by a few friends to try Pete Moore Chevrolet after having a bad experience at another pre-owned dealer in the area. As soon as we walked in, Charlie listened to what we had in mind and was able to pair us with about 5 options in our price range with the accessories we were looking for. We looked at a few and took the Equinox for a test drive, quickly deciding it was the perfect car for us. Charlie worked hard to get us an amazing price for a trade in on our old car and helped us look into the best financing options for our new car. We called him the day after we test drove the Equinox but he was off that day (showing a car to a potential customer that couldn't make it to the dealership). Charlie took the time out of his day to come back to the office and get the car and paperwork ready for us in a timely manner. In a matter of hours, our car was fully detailed and ready to be driven off the lot! Charlie even introduced us to a contact in the maintenance department so we would feel comfortable talking to someone when we have to bring our car in for maintenance (covered under our extended warranty). Anthony was very good about communicating through text and phone calls. He was very honest and detailed in answering any questions we had. We purchased a van from them at the end of January and drove from Michigan to Pensacola overnight to complete the transaction and pick up the van. They did everything they could to make the trip and transaction quick and trouble-free. There was a last-minute problem they detected that we had to fix when we returned home.
