We regret that our "No Pets" policy regarding our complimentary loaner vehicles was not clearly communicated to you when the appointment was initially booked. The primary reason we do not allow pets in our complimentary loaners is out or respect for our customers who may suffer from various pet allergies. Additionally, our complimentary loaners are all brand new vehicles that will eventually be offered for sale which requires us to protect against any damage to interior upholstery or trim pieces which can very easily be damaged by a canine's teeth, claws etc. Please know that dogs are certainly welcome in our facility while customers wait for their vehicles to be serviced. We just can't allow pets in our complimentary loaner vehicles for these reasons. We apologize for the misunderstanding regarding this policy, but hope you can understand that this is out of respect for all of our customers who may require complimentary alternative transportation while services are provided at our facility.

Hi Jim, I would like to apologize for what happened when you came to view our used car inventory, and I appreciate you bringing this situation to our attention. Our inventory is posted online typically the next day from when we acquire it. This means it may not have been processed thru service, however that shouldn't prevent a discussion about selling the vehicle. Everything would always be based on service completing the work and the potential buyer being satisfied when it is done. It seems somewhere there was a breakdown in communication from the salesperson. Please feel free to reach out to me directly to discuss this further. And one other thing you should be aware of as GM. When the salesman told me he couldn’t even sell it to me and wasn’t sure when he could because it wasn’t processed, I responded that I was encouraged to make and appointment to come in and drive, and I came in to do that - so even though it hasn’t been processed, perhaps we can still agree on a price to buy it once it’s processed. He said ‘let me go ask my manager’. When I tell you he was gone 20 seconds, I’m being generous with that time estimate. Came back and said ‘no’. Your useless manager didn’t even bother to come over and tell me himself or offer to notify me once it was processed. Is that the kind of manager you want (not) dealing with potential customers? The fact that you replied to me so quickly leads me to believe that you don’t want that kind of manager behavior.
