Kim got things going for me early over the phone and was very knowledgeable about the car and the things that needed to be taken care of, so that my visit was short and sweet. He was a great guy to work with. He made us feel comfortable and was not pushy. We joked around with him, and he helped me narrow down my options. We test drove a car that I loved and he offered that I test drive any car I wanted. He was very personable and understanding of my needs. I ended up picking that car and we got it for the price that we had asked for. They were very reasonable and worked with our budget. After a recent and difficult process of helping my daughter Sarah to purchase her first car, I have to recommend Charlie Finley. He went above and beyond what I consider to be good service. Charlie assured her that he would be able to help her out and suggested that she come in to test drive a few cars that would fit in her budget. Even after there were difficulties with the loan, Charlie never gave up. He continued to work towards Sarahs goal of purchasing a reliable car to get her back and forth to work and school. He kept in constant contact with Sarah and myself, assuring and guiding us throughout. He even brought a copy of the purchase and sales agreement to Sarah at work so she would not have to alter her busy schedule of work and coaching track to apply for the loan. Charlie is the epitome of what outstanding customer service should be. He made both Sarah and I feel at home and comfortable with the whole car buying experience. This was the most comfortable, courteous, professional experience i have ever had purchasing a new car.
